Our shop offers a variety of deli products... all home made... such as salads, quiche, roasted vegetables, marinated mushrooms, cheeses, house roasted beef and turkey and an assortment of house made dressings and ORGANIC greens.
Our dessert cooler changes daily with delights like cookies and brownies, fruit tarts, strudel and rum cakes... Something to be found for EVERYONE!

Born, raised and trained in Germany, Bernie came to the United States in 1994. He worked as Chef at “Le Cordon Bleu”, “Nicole St. Pierre” and “Bistro Cappuccino” until he opened his own “Aubergine Bistro” in 1999. Getting tired of the long hours in restaurant life, he sold the Bistro in 2006 and started cooking for Corporate America.

Homesick for his own kitchen, he is now here in beautiful Oviedo at Bernie’s Gourmet To Go... serving you HIGH QUALITY, HEALTHY CUISINE you can afford.
